Individual sessions generally consist of processing past/present stressors and emotions, setting and working towards achievable goals, and reflecting on weekly situations to better understand where to implement therapeutic techniques.

At PVMHC, it is my mission to ensure that both members of the couple's counseling session feel comfortable, heard, and able to express themself. We will focus on communication, listening, and making progress towards a happy future together.
